This is a new role for a versatile Project Manager to join a leading insurance broker as they go through a large transformation.

As the Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and delivering a diverse range of projects that span across multiple business functions as well as varying in complexity, size and nature from IT, Change, Systems, Operations and Process Improvement. You’ll need to be able to utilise a variety of project management methodologies, adapting your approach depending on the project deliverables and be comfortable working with various stakeholders across the business.

Your experience with target operating models, as-is and to-be process mapping, and change management will be a particular advantage as you drive projects forward and have the opportunity to shape the future roadmap of the business, it’s processes and how they move forward.

For this role, we’re looking for a ‘hands on’ project manager – not hesitating to get involved in the detailed aspects of project work, including gap analysis, risk assessments, and managing project documentation and communications. You’ll need to be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring continuous engagement and alignment with project plans and bringing them on board with the changes that are happening. You don’t need to come from an Insurance background, but wider Financial Services will be preferred.
