Application/Configuration Analyst

An excellent opportunity for an Application/Configuration Analyst to join a thriving business who are based in Bradford.

You have the opportunity to join an expanding business that is seeking to increase their current team. As an Application/Configuration Analyst, you will develop individual concepts that supports the customer in managing his processes from the idea of a product to the realization in the market. The Application/Configuration Analyst works directly with the customer and in close contact with the configurator, thus supporting the customers implementations and being able to onboard them.

You will be supporting the relationship of the customer through throughout the process dealing with their expectations and a continuous flow of information between customer and production. You will need to be able to deal with conflicts and failures, being responsible for a timely and de-escalating status with the customer and assisting the technical team during troubleshooting.

We are seeking an individual that has great customer service experience with great attention to detail, an excellent team player who can demonstrate they can work collaboratively within a small team, being able to be calm in pressured situations. A willingness to learn and share ideas and being accountable for assigned tasks ensuring a quality service is maintained at all times.

This will be a hybrid working environment with 2 days in the office 3 days working from home.
