DevOps Team Lead
Bristow Holland is looking for a DevOps Team Lead for an exciting new role in Stowmarket. This is a 50% remote position where you will build and develop the team responsible for IT environments critical to the business systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the DevOps team to support IT Infrastructure, Development teams, and end users.
- Analyse requirements for new platforms with IT and business representatives.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, ensuring effective resource allocation and talent development.
- Deliver services and platforms using DevOps methodologies.
- Act as product owner for standard software frameworks, APIs, and libraries.
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams for seamless delivery of IT platforms.
Key Skills:
- Experience with multiple platforms for IT stakeholders.
- Proficiency in DevOps methodologies.
- Familiarity with technology stacks such as .NET, Oracle, and Python.
- Understanding of IT Infrastructure (networking, cloud, servers, firewalls).
- Ability to lead and collaborate with software developers.
- Experience managing APIs and enterprise-level platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies.
