Site Reliability Engineer

Bristow Holland are currently seeking a dynamic Site Reliability Engineer to be an integral part of a global software business, who are offering a 100% fully remote position and an excellent benefits package.

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of implementing and championing SRE processes, adhering to industry best practices and standards. Your primary focus will be on managing incidents through the Incident Response process and providing unwavering support across all products you cover.

Responsibilities:

• Innovate Through Automation: Devote half your time to crafting cutting-edge software, automating manual processes and driving efficiency.
• Operational Excellence: The remaining half will be dedicated to providing operational support, ensuring the seamless performance of the products under your purview.
• SLO Mastery: Operate your products within agreed Service Level Objective (SLO) metrics, maintaining top-notch reliability.
• Incident Management: Skillfully handle incidents using the Incident Response process, guaranteeing swift and effective resolutions.
• Reliability: Drive reliability throughout the development life cycle, making it an inherent part of our operations.
