Digital Business Analyst
Are you passionate about driving impactful change within a dynamic environment? We are seeking a skilled Digital Business Analyst to join an exciting IT & Digital Team.
You’ll be responsible for conducting thorough business systems analysis across the core business processes. Your primary focus will be on recommending lean process improvements and identifying opportunities for leveraging technology, including automation, to enhance efficiency.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders from various business units and departments to understand their business needs and translate them into detailed requirement specifications. You will champion the documentation of lean process improvements and assess opportunities for deploying suitable solutions. Additionally, you will conduct thorough research to support proposed changes, considering financial, product, market, and operational factors, and assist in the development of business cases and supporting documentation to inform strategic planning and digital governance.
As a key part in the team, you will also provide vital support to the project managers in crafting project plans and assist technical managers in designing end-to-end solutions. Moreover, you will offer guidance to end-users during user acceptance testing, ensuring seamless implementation within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters.
Marc is our specialist in Change and Transformation and Business Analysis, joining us in early 2017 after several years’ experience at another blue-chip recruitment firm in the construction market. He completed his Prince 2 certification in November 2017.
