Digital Business Analyst
About the Position
As the Digital Business Analyst, you will play a key part in the overall delivery of projects from start to finish – being the link between the customers and the business and technical teams. You’ll need to be able to extract and capture specific requirements from the customer and translate these into coherent deliverables for the technical teams to understand, configure and build, making sure these requirements are met throughout the full life cycle, testing, delivery and into implementation.
Requirements & Experience
Digital Business Analyst responsibilities:
- Develop and own the customer strategy model by analysing customer process
- Creating user journeys
- Elicit and document business processes or/and facilitate process re-engineering to meet business objectives
- Present and communicate designed solution to different stakeholders (users, senior management, and project sponsor)
- Work with development teams and communicate key insights and solution objectives to design the best suited technical solution for the customer
This role would suit a Business Analyst who has solid experience working on software solutions, working with development teams and being client facing.
