Business Analyst
This is a Business Analyst role for a financial institution that primarily provides banking and financial services to a range of individuals and businesses, offering savings accounts, mortgages, loans, and other financial products to help people manage their money and achieve their financial goals.
They’re going through a transformation and looking to add a Business Analyst into their IT & Change Management team. As the Business Analyst, your key responsibilities will include analysing business requirements, identifying opportunities for improvement, and working closely with stakeholders to prioritise actions. Whether it’s streamlining operations, optimising technology solutions, or implementing new processes, your analytical prowess and problem-solving skills will be essential in driving the projects forward.
From IT systems and applications to operational processes and business change initiatives, you’ll be at the heart of it all, collaborating with project managers, developers, and various business units to make sure the project requirements are managed and delivered accordingly.
For this role we’re looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, expertise in business analysis and enthusiasm for tackling complex challenges.
