Product Manager
This is a new Product Manager role for a Software business that delivers solutions into the Healthcare industry.
You’ll be reporting directly into the CTO and be responsible for the overall vision and delivery of the products in the business. You’ll be working closely with the customers on what they like / don’t like and how they’re finding it to then bring those requirements back and start to work on getting the most out of the product and delivering it as best as possible.
In this role, you’ll have the flexibility and autonomy to shape and build the roadmap for how this product evolves over time, utilising all the information gathered from customers as well as your own expertise you’ve built across your career. You’ll be managing a small Product Team consisting of 3/4 people including Product Owners / Designers.
Experience wise, we’re looking for someone with a proven background in Product Management spanning 5-10 years, with demonstrable experience of delivering a Product through several cycles (adding / removing new features, enhancements etc.). You’ll also need to have previous management or leadership experience and be comfortable motivating a small team too.
