Head of Software Engineering
Industry transforming SAAS business are looking to recruit an experienced Head of Software Engineering to join the team as they embark on an exciting growth phase for the business.
As the Head of Engineering, you will have a number of areas of responsibility, the first will be to be the key technical resource and leader of a multidisciplinary team of 10 including developers, QA and Data Science.
It’s a hands-on role (still coding) and the core solution is disrupting the traditional marketing markets by using AI /ML on product and customer data to create an intelligence ecosystem for automating spend across the Ecommerce market.
As well as leading the team and creating a high performing environment you’ll also be expected to work on a strategic, longer-term vision and planning that involves continually assessing the development roadmap, the investigation of new technology and the future evolvement of the platform whilst collaborating with Head of Product to define short, midterm and long term roadmaps.
To be considered you will have a proven background in software development with a passion for technology as well as being a commercial and strategic thinker with the ability to motivate and drive a team forwards.
This is going to be a period of rapid change for the business, but with the opportunity in front of them they are keen to hire a strong operator at this level to help build and deliver their vision.
