Job Role

As the Application Support Analyst you will be reponsible for:

  • Supporting the on site business systems
  • Detailed technical investigation to resolve incidents
  • Preparing and maintining technical documentation
  • Corporate project work relating to the business systems
  • Contributing to IT strategy and service management
  • Introducing automation tools where needed
  • Developing reporting solutions
  • Lead in problem and change management

Requirements & Experience

Candidates should have an overall appreciation of how systems and applications fit with the wider business operations through a previous junior support, testing or analysis position.

In addition to the technical element of the role the Application Support Analyst will also provide:

  • First class support and customer experience to internal users
  • Support for system updates including post release testing
  • Communicating system changes to other departments
  • Maintaining security control
