Customer Service Analyst
Bristow Holland have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Analyst/UAT Tester who are currently based in Felixstowe.
You will be working for an established business who is looking to add a crucial team member to their team with a new customer service analyst. In this role you will be responsible for providing the best service possible, working with the users of the system on any issues or problem that arises and working with them to get the best resolution. During this role you will get exposure to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with on going training and support.
We are seeking a motivated individual with experience across customer service, have good communication skills via written and verbal, a passion for IT / Technology and dedication to work hard.
This is a hybrid working environment, looking for 2/3 days a wee in their Felixstowe office.
