Operational Excellence Manager
This is a newly created Operational Excellence Manager role to essentially improve operational efficiency across the whole business.
This is a senior role so you’ll be working directly with the Head of Change and Executive board members to help shape, embed and deliver new and improved frameworks, processes and structure business wide – across the key divisions as well as the different business functions such as HR, Legal, IT, Finance, Change, Transformation and Regulatory etc.
You’ll be given full autonomy to come in with your own ideas and longer term, will have the chance to build out your own team too. This is a role where you will be working with the business and they’ll be looking to you for guidance rather than joining an existing team with strict guidelines in place to follow.
We’re looking for someone ideally with 5-10 years experience in operational improvement / excellence and who is able to build and lead a team. You’ll need a proven track record of delivering results in these particular areas, working across multiple business functions. Any certifications or working knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma will be beneficial.
