This is a Project Manager role for an insurance brokers, who are going through a large transformation across several areas of the business.

The IBA function is going through a significant transformation of People, Process & Technology, and as the Project Manager you will play a key role in delivering major change initiatives.

You’ll be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the business, leading and executing projects from end to end that are aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining processes, and maximizing overall performance in line with the wider business goals.

You’ll be working closely with senior management and board members on the long term vision as well as the here and now. You’ll need to have strong stakeholder management skills and your expertise in project management and operational excellence methodologies will be crucial in delivering tangible results.

Any certifications or qualifications within process improvement / operational excellence such as Lean Six Sigma would be highly advantageous.
