Agile Implementation Manager
This is an Agile Implementation Manager role to lead the adoption and implementation of an Agile framework. In this role, you will be responsible for organising and facilitating all Agile ceremonies, including sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring that the teams are well-coordinated and efficient in their delivery.
As the Agile Implementation Manager, you will manage the resources of the Agile team to support the wider business and the Change and Transformation team’s objectives. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between all teams and resource. Your expertise will be crucial in optimising workflows, removing obstacles, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and deliver solutions that drive business value. You will also provide coaching and support to team members, promoting Agile best practices and ensuring adherence to the Agile principles.
Marc is our specialist in Change and Transformation and Business Analysis, joining us in early 2017 after several years’ experience at another blue-chip recruitment firm in the construction market. He completed his Prince 2 certification in November 2017.
