Business Analyst
This is a Business Analyst role for a global insurance brokers and you’ll be joining a dedicated IT & Change Management team, which consists of Project Managers, Business Analysts and various other project delivery team members.
As the Business Analyst you will be responsible for driving business change across the organisation, working closely with stakeholders, key partners and other departments to identify and improve all business processes and to ensure that all change projects maintain business value.
The projects within the change management team can be driven by a range of factors including process improvement, operational efficiency, regulatory requirements, system delivery and supporting global initiatives. These drivers can result in a number of outputs that range from smaller, more tactical changes to new applications and processes.
Marc is our specialist in Change and Transformation and Business Analysis, joining us in early 2017 after several years’ experience at another blue-chip recruitment firm in the construction market. He completed his Prince 2 certification in November 2017. An experienced recruiter, and proud of his track record of success, Marc works hard to build on Bristow Holland’s reputation as the key local supplier for specialised project management, change management and business analysis skills throughout Suffolk and Essex.
