Business Analyst
This is a role for a global insurance brokers who are looking to add a Business Analyst into their IT & Change Team on a 18 month FTC to help with a range of projects across Business, Technology and M&A as part of a large transformation.
As the Business Analyst you will be responsible for driving business change across the organisation, working closely with stakeholders, key partners and other departments to identify and improve all business processes and to ensure that all change projects maintain business value.
The projects within the change management team and across this transformation programme can be driven by a range of factors including process improvement, operational efficiency, regulatory requirements, system delivery and supporting global initiatives and there’s a lot of M&A work to get involved in too.
Experience wise, we’re looking for someone with a proven track record of working on a wide range of projects within the Insurance markets and someone who is comfortable working with key stakeholders, steering groups, business partners and other senior management to present and articulate project plans and deliverables.
