This is a new Delivery Manager role for a market leading insurer who provide a wide range of specialty insurance products for corporations, professional firms and financial institutions.
You’ll be working alongside the Head of Change to lead the overall deployment of Lean Transformation projects and programmes with specific responsibility of operational / continuous improvement practices and routines. You’ll be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of end to end transformation projects, programmes and initiatives within a particular business unit and deliver sustainable results as identified through the strategic planning process.
As the Delivery Manager you will need to build strong relationships with the key partners in the specific business units, supporting stakeholders in that area to understand their processes, assess performance and agree opportunities and clear actions that will form the basis of continuous improvement. You’ll be acting as an ambassador continuous improvement across the business, ensuring that the core principles are understood and embedded, delivering sustainable improvements for the customers and business functions.
Experience wise, we’re looking for someone with a proven history of delivering transformation initiatives across different business functions and who is familiar with Lean / Problem Solving tools. Any Lean / Six Sigma / Black Belt certifications or demonstrable experience will be highly desirable.
