Lead Business Analyst
This is a Lead Business Analyst on a 12 month FTC joining an established IT & Change team.
As the Lead BA you’ll be responsible for driving change across the business through their IT services, products and applications, being involved in a wide range of projects whether that’s a software application, infrastructure upgrade or a business process change.
You will be a key player in the analysis of the business, requirements capture and being able to deliver this information to the relevant stakeholders across all teams and departments. In addition, you’ll be constantly analysing the business, how it operates and will be responsible for making sure the changes to both new and old systems, business processes and IT services are delivered to a high standard. There’s also a focus on Continuous Improvement and they welcome any ideas or solutions you can bring to the table.
Being a Lead role too, you will not only lead and contribute to business critical initiatives but will also play a key role in providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Your leadership experience will be instrumental in driving project success, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

He completed his Prince 2 certification in November 2017.
