We’re looking for a PMO Coordinator to join an exciting IT Solutions company who work with both public and private sectors, providing them with a wide range of IT solutions.  

You’ll be responsible for making sure that all the projects adhere to our Project Delivery Framework, tools, and processes. Your keen eye for detail will be crucial as you highlight any gaps or non-compliance to the Head of Projects. You’ll also play a key role in supporting project assurance by coordinating quality gate reviews with Project Managers, the Head of Project Delivery, and Project Sponsors. Maintaining governance processes, procedures, and templates will be another important aspect of your role, as well as managing their project library and supporting the maintenance of the  Project Delivery team’s SharePoint site.

For this role you should have experience working in large enterprise organizations, preferably within the IT industry. Your demonstrated ability to deliver a wide range of Project Delivery services will be highly valued, along with your proficiency in Excel data analysis. Problem-solving and decision-making skills are a must, as is experience working with PMO, Project Managers, and project teams. Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, and other planning tools will also be advantageous.
