Project Manager
This is a new Project Manager role for a growing software company who want to make sure they can cope with the increase of new customers.
As the Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the full software delivery process, ensuring seamless transitions from sales to implementation, and ultimately, customer satisfaction.
You’ll be the go-to person for the customers once a sale is agreed. Your role involves closely collaborating with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the project setup phase. You’ll be the friendly face guiding them through the onboarding process and making sure everyone is on the same page with project requirements.
From an internal perspective, you’ll be the bridge between the customer and the tech teams. Your task is to turn client needs into clear plans that the teams can work with. You’ll make sure everyone knows what they’re doing, ensuring everything is moving in the right direction. Plus, you’ll be the one keeping everyone in the loop about project progress, addressing any concerns, and making sure the customers are happy throughout the project journey.
For this role, we’re looking for someone with a track record of delivering software solutions to customers and understands the SDLC. There maybe some leadership skills involved so if you’ve managed or led a small team previously this would be ideal.
