Job role

This is a Business Analyst role for a large insurance brokers to support on their Salesforce CRM.

As the Business Analyst you’ll play a key role in leading and supporting technical projects related to Salesforce, focusing on both business as usual (BAU) and transformation initiatives within an agile development environment. You’re role will be varied and consist of supporting a migration from MS Dynamics to Salesforce, whilst working with the other business units across the organisation to make sure the business is getting the most out of the system, with a particular focus on continuous improvement.

You’ll need to become an expert within the business environment and the current Salesforce usage, leading requirements-gathering sessions, supporting roadmap triage, planning and prioritising work areas, and assisting in overseeing scrum activities to facilitate the successful changes. You’ll also be responsible for translating business requirements into User Stories, effectively communicating technical solutions and project progress to stakeholders, and reviewing, testing, and measuring CRM solutions for business value and adherence to acceptance criteria, including leading user acceptance testing sessions.

For this role, we’re looking for a Business Analyst with a solid understanding of CRM systems (particularly Salesforce) and how to get the best out of it. You’ll need excellent stakeholder skills as you’ll be working with all levels across the business both technical and non-technical and be comfortable working in a standalone role.
