Job Role

As the Change Insight Analyst, you’ll be joining an existing and close knit PMO Team to help with driving strategic change across the business, including both IT and non IT initiatives. You’ll be responsible for creating, maintaining and delivering a broad range of reporting services that help support this transformation.

You’ll be working on a combination of project work and strategic change, and projects will span across the whole business from IT, Business Change and Operational. You’ll be working alongside Project Managers, PMO Analysts and other IT Change team members.

Requirements & Experience

For this role, you’ll need to have excellent analytical, data management and reporting abilities, with exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management.

Candidates who’d suit this role would typically come from a PMO Analyst background with good analysis, communication and organisational skills. An understanding of business change and how it’s managed / delivered is also a key factor.
